General Instructions :
(i) There are four questions (20 marks each) in this paper totaling 80 marks. Rest 20 marks are for viva-voice.
(ii) Test the macros created by you (wherever needed).
(ii) write all the steps which you have performed in your answer-script.
(iv) Print the files, if required and possible, otherwise write partial data input and output in your answer-script.
(v) Make suitable assumptions, if any.

1. Perform the following tasks using MS-word document:
(a) Write at least two paragraphs on your hobbies. Add a point wise list giving your strengths.
(b) 'Insert a table to store information about your qualifications.
(c) Add a header: “My hobbies” and enter page number like “Page 1 of 1” on the footer.
(d) Format the paragraph entered in point (a) in two columns.
(e) Enter some number data and enter a formula to calculate the sum of that data.

2. Perform, the following tasks using M S-Windows:
(a) Create a backup of your directory.
(b) Perform the scandisk function.
(c) Change the system date to 1st May 2008 and then change it again to correct date.
(d) Swap the functions of left and right mouse buttons.
(e) Add a new printer which is not the default printer.

3. (a) Create two PowerPoint slides having simple animation in them.
(b) Write a macro to create a format line spacing 1.5, indent 1", margin - left 0”, right 5" on the selected text.

4. Create an application letter for a university for higher studies. Create a data file containing addresses of five universities. Use mail merge feature to create the application for the universities. [20]
