Download IGNOU Application Form for Change of Program, Elective Course and Medium. Please see the fee structure before downloading the form in the table given below.


SI No. Description Fee
1. Change of Programme
i) BDP
(BA/B.Com.)/B.Sc./BTS		 Rs. 400/- plus
Rs. 200/- per 2/4 credit courses and Rs.400/- per 6/8 credit courses
ii) Master’s Degree A student has to pay the full fee for the new Programme and he/she to forfeit the fee paid for the earlier Programme opted course
2. Change of Medium
i) BDP
(BA/B.Com.)/B.Sc./BTS		 Rs. 200/- plus
Rs. 200/- per 2/4 credit courses and Rs.400/- per 6/8 credit courses
ii) Master’s Degree Rs. 200/- plus per 2/4 credit course and Rs.800/- per 6/8 credit course
3. Change of Course/Elective
i) BDP
(BA/B.Com.)/B.Sc./BTS		 Rs. 200/- per 2/4 credit courses and Rs.400/- per 6/8 credit courses
ii) Master’s Degree Rs. 400/- per 2/4 credit course and Rs.800/- per 6/8 credit course

    I belong to MEC programme, I have not yet received study materials for second year of the programme and I wish to change one of my elective courses. Is it possible to do so as of now and avoid the fee ? Please let me know.
