The description of the present openings is as follows:

• Company : Genpact India Pvt. Ltd.
• Nature of Work : Accounts & Finance.
• Position : Process Associate and Process Developer.
• Vacancies : Gurgaon and Noida(100-200 openings).
• Qualification : All final year M.Com. Students are eligible.
• Remuneration : Annual CTC – Rs. 2.0-Rs. 3.0 lakh + a defined & lucrative Growth Path
• Age : 20-26 years

Desired Profile

1. Candidates must be comfortable with 24x7 Shifts (Night Shifts).
2. Must and should be B.Com. Graduate.
3. Candidate must have excellent Communication Skill and Finance & Accounting knowledge.

A brief introductory session of the company highlighting company profile, job requirements, CTC etc. will be conducted before the placement drive.
