Sir, I'd joint Ignou Bdp in 2009 and have completed my all three yrs. taking all subjects but finally I've one sub EHD3 is back and yet not completed. do I need to re-register for that one sub. as my 5 yrs. time period is already over. and I had taken more than alloted subjects for that final year...
