Guidelines for the Students of MCA (Old Syllabus), BCA-MCA Integrated (Old Syllabus) and BCA (Old and Pre-Revised Syllabus) programmes

University has given you a last opportunity to complete your left out courses of said programmes in the Term End Examinations of June-2011 and December-2011. For availing this one time opportunity, you need to pay the Pro-rata (credit-wise) fees as mentioned in the Readmission form, for the unsuccessful courses. The completely filled-in form with requisite fee in the form of DD is to be sent to the Registrar, Student Registration Division (SRD), IGNOU, Maidangarhi, New Delhi-110068.

• Fill your Re-admission form along with the credit-wise fees as given in the form. The credits of the courses may be checked from the Programme Guide or the list given here.
• Fill your Examination Form along with the fees mentioned in the examination form and submit them to the Regional Centre concerned.

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

1. This is a one-time special provision of Re-Admission for one-year only.
2. All students concerned will have re-validate the registration of all the left-over courses up to Dec.2011 by remitting the pro-rata fee, in lump-sum, once again.
3. In case of Integrated BCA-MCA, pro-rata fee should be paid for all those left-over courses of BCA as well as MCA (in lump-sum). In such cases pro-rata fee of BCA alone will not be accepted.
4. They will also have remit the fee for the left-over semester(s), if any, in ‘one go’, in addition to the pro-rata fee.
5. All‘re-admission’ cases along fee for left-over semester(s) will be directly handled by Student Registration Division, IGNOU, New Delhi. Re-admission Form and the Table of pro-rata fee could be down loaded from the website (www.ignou.ac.in> STUDENTS ZONE>Re-admission>).
6. No Self-learning Material would be provided to such students.
7. No practical and/or counselling sessions would be arranged by the university.
8. To fill the Examination Form Authentication by Co-ordinator/Incharge of Study Centre/Programme Study Centre/Partner Institution/Community College may not be required for such students.
9. All other terms and conditions of ‘re-admission’ would remains unchanged.
10. Cases of all those students who have already sought admission afresh and applied for transfer of credits earned in the previous Enrol.# will not be re-opened under any circumstances.
11. No Term-end Examination of the courses of BCA(old sylb.) and MCA(old syllabus) would be conducted after 2011 December TEE.
12. Readmission and Examination forms must be submitted separately along with requisite fee.
13. BCA (old) syllabus) is of those students admitted in 1996, 1997 & 1998 (January sessions). BCA (pre-revised sylb.) students those have taken admission form July 1998 and up to Jan. 2011 cycle of admission.
14. In case student need to submit the assignments of the courses, can submit these assignments to the address given below. Student must send the assignment along with a copy of your online grade card. Please note that all old syllabus courses (final set) assignments are available on our website (www.ignou.ac.in).
